Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Renovated apartment in a building with a very convenient location both for the center of Arma and the sea. There's a supermarket on the ground floor of the same building, making it very convenient. The air conditioning works well. It's well-equipped for breakfast, with the only drawback being that it has plates, glasses, etc., but virtually no pots and pans. If you plan to cook, bring your own. For everything else: excellent.

Verified It's a little expensive but it's worth it ☺Modern, well-renovated accommodation near the center. The manager is always ready to respond and immediately available when making requests with kindness and speed. ☹I don't know how it's possible but early in the morning someone opened the front door which was locked. Fortunately, being awake, I immediately got up and whoever it was was never seen again.

Verified ☺The kindness and courtesy of the residents, the proximity to the sea and commercial services. ☹The noise generated by activities outside the building (commercial activities, fans, air conditioning systems, loading and unloading of goods). The soundproofing of the windows and doors is positive, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The parking is also positive, otherwise you would be in trouble.

Verified PERFECT! Exceptional vacation studio! Located above the Carrefour, very convenient for grocery shopping and close to the beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there is no parking, but there is a shared parking lot nearby where you can easily park your car. The studios are newly renovated, modern, and clean. We stayed in one of these, which was small but comfortable, with a sofa bed (comfortable), a balcony, a small kitchen with two burners, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. We had a great time; if you have any questions, you can contact the owner of the studios, who will promptly resolve any issues you may have. She is always available to answer any questions you may have. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, even with a small child. We will definitely be back. Excellent experience!

The apartment we had was clean, tidy, and modern, with great lighting, full bathroom facilities, a balcony, and an awesome kitchenette housed within a fitted cupboard. Air con is also available and is straightforward to use.

Although there is an electronic key code to the door, it's advisable to take the spare keys out with you in case of any issues.

There's also a useful supermarket in very close proximity, and some great bars. The walk to the beach is about 5-10mins.
